Return policy
Customers can return unused non-custom(stamped necklaces) products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Exchange policy
Customers can return an item and receive another product, you will just pay the difference.
Please note you will be charged for shipping cost if you choice to return or exchange on item. If your order shipped for free and you wish to return you will be refunded everything but $5 for shipping.
non-returnable items
All custom items such as stamped necklaces can not be returned because they were made for you. If I stamp a name or letter for you that was made just for you, so they can not be returned. Also bracelets are cut to your size, so I do not offer returns on bracelets.
